Mr. Malinowski is a licensed local real estate professional, investor, and practicing aerospace engineer at GE Aerospace. Born in Lansing, Michigan, Mr. Malinowski moved with his family prior to high school to Northern Virginia in 1999, and attended Virginia Tech University earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering in 2012.  Upon graduating, Mr. Malinowski moved to Cincinnati, Ohio quickly falling in love with all that the Queen City has to offer!

Mr. Malinowski has gone on to complete his master's in engineering from the University of Cincinnati, while fostering dual careers in real estate and the aerospace industry. Mr. Malinowski's technical background and ability to solve complex engineering problems gives him a unique advantage in real estate. He uses numbers and data analytics to help his clients confidently navigate the ever-changing local market, supporting both buyers and sellers in their quest to 'engineer' the perfect sale.

Having lived in Cincinnati for over 12 years now, Mr. Malinowski is well versed in the Cincinnati regional market, with a focus on Loveland, Miami Township, Blue Ash, Hyde Park, Oakley, Norwood, Deer Park, Madeira, Kenwood, and North Side.  Whether you're a first-time homebuyer or a seasoned investor looking to expand your portfolio, Mr. Malinowski has the tools, expertise, and determination to help you achieve your real estate goals! 

Mr. Malinowski is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Realtor Alliance of Greater Cincinnati.

In his free time, you can find him walking and working out with his two Siberian Huskies, and entertaining friends and family around Cincinnati - checking out local craft beer festivals, restaurants and sporting events. He also enjoys tackling DIY projects at his rental properties throughout the year.
